Jim is easily the best agent I have ever worked with. He is honest, punctual and an overall a great guy. He is extremely knowledgable and has been my best resource through the whole process. One of the many examples that come to mind would be when after our home inspection Jim took the initiative to call local professionals to come out and give real quotes on the actual cost of repairs. His proactive approach was able to save me some money at closing and also provided a solid basis to request a price reduction.
